How much does shipping cost?
There is a $60 flat rate per RecovX Air unit for deliveries within the continental United States. Each country has its own shipping rate. We do not support transshipment between countries.

How long does delivery take?
The delivery start time of pre-ordered products is subject to the display on the product page.
1 - 3 business days processing time and 3 - 10 business days for delivery.

What countries do you ship to?
At this time, we only deliver to areas in the continental U.S. and Canada.
We cannot deliver to the following areas:
Alaska
Hawaii
Puerto Rico
The U.S. Virgin Islands

How to track my order?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information when the order has been shipped. You can also log into your account to view this tracking information.
